At Epic Software we pride ourselves on the high level of service and support that we provide to our Freetime customers.

New customers can expect us to spend time with them to ensure that our software is properly installed and configured and that the staff are adequately trained to quickly maximise the benefits that they can derive from the investment.

Our software installation service will include any possible transfer of information from other systems or assistance with building data files that can be easily imported into our solutions.

During the subsequent period of a number of weeks or months when there is still more to learn we would also expect to have more regular contact with our new customers so that we can help them grow their own knowledge. After that we will work in partnership with our customers by providing support services by telephone, email, remote access or on-site as required.

This partnership includes developing ideas and specific requests for software enhancements that ultimately help us to provide a more complete solution.

Our support contracts provide for a 5, 6 or 7 day service including out of hours support as required and includes upgrades to the licenced software.
