Epic Software, provides a full and complete back up and support service to Freetime. We view Freetime users as partners rather than customers.

We are experts in the software we work with it every day, we do not provide a first line support function but a real support service.

Our dedicated support team provide the highest levels of customer service and telephone based support.

 

New customers can expect us to spend time with them to ensure that our software is properly installed and configured and that the staff are adequately trained to quickly maximise the benefits that they can derive from the investment.

 

During the subsequent period of a number of weeks or months when there is still more to learn we would also expect to have more regular contact with our new customers so that we can help them grow their own knowledge. After that we will work in partnership with our customers by providing support services by telephone, email, remote access or on-site as required.

 

This partnership includes developing ideas and specific requests for software enhancements that ultimately help us to provide a more complete solution.
