The core of Freetime is its customer database and accounting controls.
Each customer is entered into the database once. This customer record is then available to be used and reused by every aspect of the Freetime solution.
The overhead of maintaining multiple records in various systems is eliminated to save time and reduce errors.
By linking all transactions to these single customer records the system automatically builds a history and profile for each customer.
The powerful database engine can cope with virtually any number of customer records (the largest customer database created so far by a Freetime site has more than 100,000 records).
Freetime can enforce controls on the quality of the customer information to ensure that you create a tidy and useful database of customer information.
When you have a database of customers you want to use it and the software provides a range of facilities to allow you to select from the database (based on customer type, gender, age, region, postcode, source etc.) and communicate with those customers in a variety of ways (email, mail merge, address labels etc.) ensuring you are able to target and deliver your communications more easily and effectively.
The accounting facilities provide for a variety of account types to accommodate the way that you deal with different customers: pay in advance, pay on the day, maintain a credit balance or pay in arrears.
The fully auditable transaction reports ensure that you can reconcile and account for your business activity at whatever frequency you choose to.
